We host guests in two unique locations on Gadigal lands in so-called Sydney, and on Wurundjuri and Boon-wurrung lands in Naarm (Melbourne).

Available for hire by the hour or the night, we provide a space for hedonism in all its forms.

A safe resting place

Your shoulders will drop as you walk through the door. This is a place to escape, down-regulate, drop in, and feel.

Queerly-conceived

We are guided by a queer ethic. We welcome everyone with care, and we intentionally cultivate a space where LGBTIQA+ people feel seen and celebrated.

An exploratory space

Whether you’re new to BDSM and kink or a seasoned player, the House is ready to hold you in whatever you need to feel; exploration, desecration, bliss, heat, ritual, romance…

Connective

Whether you’re connecting to yourself or to others, each space is carefully designed to maximise somatic, nervous system and energetic soothing. Ideal conditions for vulnerability and connection.

Bath house

Each of our locations features a lush bathing space with an invitation to get immersed. Some guests never make it further than the bath and find that it was exactly what they needed (they’re that good).

Your own private Idaho

Your time at the House is just yours. Hire is private and inclusive of the whole House. We may also be able to connect you with someone who can visit to add education or experience to your stay.
