Here you can purchase vouchers in some of our more popular amounts. If you’d like to buy a voucher for a particular type/length of booking, we can provide a personalised gift certificate in any amount. Head to our contact page to get that ball rolling.

Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all Hedon House bookings, including education and consulting services. They are not valid for products or merchandise. 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest or have their balances consolidated to a new voucher with an expiry date matching that of the most recently-purchased voucher.

All vouchers are for a specific dollar value. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by the current payment method used by our booking system. Because our rates change from time to time, if the recipient delays use of the voucher, they may be required to pay any gap caused by a rate change in order to complete a booking. 

If you cancel any bookings you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases within the 36-month period from original issue. 

Hedon House may vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees) without notice to the holder.
